About Us

Established in 1982, Poetry West is a non-profit and voluntary organization which offers a place for Poets and Writers to gather for the enjoyment of poetry. We meet the first Saturday of each month (except in January when we meet on the second Saturday) from 10-12 a.m. in the Warner Center at Colorado College in downtown Colorado Springs.

We host, organize and participate in a number of poetry related events in the Pikes Peak region.
